I enjoy working with the public, and I am learning more about the dental field and administrative duties. It can be challenging at times working with insurance companies, however, I am up for the challenge. I love confirming patients in the morning and reminding them of their appointments.
My best aspect of my job is the patients and getting to know them and their families. They put their trust and confidence in me to take care of their billing and insurance issues. Our patients are extraordinary!! This is why I am good at what I do. My doctors value and trust me to do my best.
